BPP: A national platform for accelerating local building decarbonization

The Building Performance Partnership supports a national network of high-performance building hubs. Our work creates local jobs, lowers energy costs, and improves health by rapidly decarbonizing existing buildings. BPP is a joint project of Building Energy Exchange and the Institute for Market Transformation.

BPP+ connects local hubs with education, resources, expertise and collaboration. We affect real estate owners/managers, architects, engineers, community based organizations, sustainability consultants, construction, investors, affordable housing, vendors and government.
